my computer doesnt have a video card but i want to run an application that has 16 mb video card as its minimum requirements.
can it run the application?
if it cant, what if i change my bios settings and set my video memory to 32 mb? i have enough RAM to sacrifice........
thanks!!!!!!!No...your compuer does have a video card...maybe just not dedicated. If its an old computer most likely not. But give the program a try anyways and see. so u have a built in video? i think built in video has a memory of 32 mb... why setting it to 32mb? its not recommended to change or reset video memory its better to buy a video card and install it for better performance.well if that's the case, try it. nothing would be loss since BIOS is a random access memory meaning that you can change its content any time. if the problem persists, try buying a video card for your desktop pc, just be aware of compatibility like PCI-E, VGA or whatsoever. laptop computers will create a disaster if you are planning to change its video card.
if you like more questions, feel free to email me. paul_vista_2006@yahoo.comNow-a-days, computers have integrated video cards... I'm pretty sure that you'll be fine unless your computer is over 7/8 years oldYA youll be fine. 16MB isn't that much. #If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
