Help with moving itunes to an external hard drive?

  • I wanted to move my itunes library from my desktop to my new laptop. but for some reason my external hard drive to which i wanted to place my files on to transfer wouldnt install on my desktop. i read up that it said for older versions like windows 98 and 2000 professional (which i have) that it would require an installation disk....but one did not come with the external hard drive. So is there anything i can do to move my itunes library into my external hard drive then into my laptop? Or there is nothing that i can do because of my older windows version?


  • Update to Windows XP.
    Or get the model number for the hard drive and go to Yahoo and search "drivers: ".
